Aadyaan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Mr. Taj Mohammed Ansari as a small fabrication outfit in Ghatkopar. Twenty-five years later we run civil and structural steel packages on residential towers, industrial plants, metro infrastructure and hospitality projects across Mumbai and beyond.
What has not changed is how we work: understand the site before quoting it, detail it properly before cutting steel, and hand it over with the documentation to prove it was built the way it was drawn.

A four-stage process, applied every time
Nothing exotic. Just the sequence that stops surprises appearing halfway through a project.
Consult & Survey
We visit the site, understand the operation and the constraints, and record what actually exists rather than what the drawing says.
Design & Detail
Shop drawings, connection details and method statements prepared and issued for consultant approval before material is cut.
Fabricate & Build
Controlled fabrication with material traceability, then planned erection or pour sequences with safety cover in place.
Inspect & Hand Over
Dimensional checks, weld and pour records, testing where applicable, and a documented handover the client can audit.
06Plant & Machinery
Capacity you can
count, not just claim
Fabrication promises mean very little without the machines to keep them. We run our own welding, cutting, grinding and lifting fleet — 200+ units under regular maintenance — which is why we can commit to a programme without waiting on hired plant.
- 101 welding machines including SAW sets and CO₂ combination units.
- 69 cutting & grinding units — plasma, pug gas cutting and angle grinders.
- 45 lifting units — winches, chain blocks and turnbuckles for planned lifts.

Yes. That is deliberately how we are set up. Running RCC and steel under one contractor removes the interface disputes that usually cost the client time when the two packages are split between agencies.
Yes. We prepare shop and fabrication drawings from your consultant’s GA drawings and submit them for approval before fabrication begins. We also support design where the scope is design-and-build.
It depends on span, area and foundation conditions. A straightforward pre-engineered shed on a prepared site typically runs 10–16 weeks from approved drawings to handover. We give a programme with the quotation, not after the order.
Yes. We handle structural strengthening, civil repair, waterproofing and pipeline maintenance, including annual maintenance arrangements for industrial clients.
