How we keep it running
Scheduled Servicing
Every machine has a service interval logged against it. Servicing happens on the calendar, not after a breakdown.
Pre-Use Inspection
Lifting gear, slings and chain blocks are inspected before each use and tagged with the inspection date.
Calibration Checks
Welding sets are checked so the current and voltage delivered match what the welding procedure specifies.
Immediate Withdrawal
Anything failing inspection is taken out of service and tagged, not left in the yard for someone to pick up.
